Who we are

Third Touch Labs, LLC is a Missouri limited liability company that builds websites and apps for youth sports clubs. This page covers thirdtouchlabs.com and, in summary, the club software we operate.

This website

• We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
• We do not set cookies on this website.
• Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard connection data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect against attacks.
• When you email us, including through the request buttons here, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

Club software

Clubs use our software to manage schedules, rosters, scores, video, messages and accounts for their members, including children. For that information, the club decides what is collected and why, and we process it on the club’s behalf under our agreement with the club. Each club has its own privacy notice for its members. Access is by invitation.

We do not use club data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use face recognition on video.

Service providers

We use infrastructure providers to host the website and run the software, including cloud hosting, video delivery and object storage. They may handle information only to provide those services to us.

Children

This website is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information here.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by writing to support@thirdtouchlabs.com. For club software, we may refer the request to your club.
