Third Touch Labs, LLC ("we", "us") builds and operates websites and mobile apps for youth sports clubs. This policy explains how information is handled in those apps and sites. Each club is the owner of its own members' information, and we handle it on the club's behalf.

Information we handle

Depending on what a club uses: names and contact details of parents, guardians and club staff; players' names, team, jersey number and photos or video the club chooses to share; schedules, scores, statistics and lineups; sign-in details such as email address and passkeys; and device information needed to deliver notifications and keep the service secure.

How we use it

To run the club's schedule, scoring, video, messages and coach tools; to keep accounts secure; to send notifications the club or the user has chosen; and to maintain and improve the service. We do not sell personal information. We do not show advertising or track users across other companies' apps and websites.

Children

Our apps are used by families and clubs that serve children. Accounts are created by invitation from the club for parents, guardians and staff. Information about children is entered by the club or a parent or guardian, is visible only to approved members of that club, and is not made public.

Video and recordings

Where a club enables it, games may be streamed or recorded for the club's approved members. Clubs tell their families when recording is on. Clips are available only to approved club members unless the club decides otherwise.

Sharing

We share information only with the club it belongs to and with service providers that host or deliver the service (for example cloud hosting, video delivery and notification delivery), under terms that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to approved users and our staff, and each club's data is kept separate. We keep information while the club uses the service and delete or return it when the club asks, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information through your club administrator or by emailing [email protected]. You can turn off notifications in your device settings.
